Department Chair Professor of Military Science - Major Ted M. Leblow Major Ted Leblow received a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate from the University of Oregon Army ROTC Battalion, at which time he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army in June of 1992.
